Image of Elizabeth Gray Pendexter (1843-1918), one of twenty-three photographic images from an album containing relatives of Jonathan D, Poor, Rufus Porter's nephew. She was the wife of Charles O. Pendexter and mother of Elwood, Arthur, and Pauline ("Polly"). Image shows the bust view of a woman facing slightly toward the viewer's left with her hair parted in the center and pulled back with a kerchief-like object around her neck. |
