One of twenty-two mural panels extracted from the James Norton House, 7 Norton Place, East Baldwin, ME and painted by Jonathan Poor, Rufus Porter's nephew. Original location: First floor hall, landing of good morning staircase below second floor. These murals are among the latest of Poor's walls and have been described as the most elaborately detailed Poor murals documented to date. |
